Customer Experience Specialist

Description:Position Summary:The CES is responsible for measuring the level of customer service that is provided to our guests while in our stores. The CES will complete targeted shops within their assigned geography. Responsibilities:Visit each assigned store once to twice a week at different times of the day and on different days of the week. Evaluate the store on the Customer Service that is being provided and complete an online survey for each store visitedComplete 45 to 60 shops a week depending on geography of assigned areaShop various locations within the assigned state or states ( 3-8 minutes per visit )Remain anonymous throughout every visit Take care of and be responsible for all assigned company equipmentManaging one's time thru a mobile deviceRequirements:Possess effective written and verbal communication skills. Must have attention to detail. Flexible availability. Must be available to complete a minimum of 55-60 assignments per week. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
